Say “Thank You for Helping me Grow” with these  packed with bee and butterfly friendly wildflower seeds.

Perfect for end of term teacher gifts, each box contains 6 seed balls to grow beautiful wildflowers in a window box, balcony pot or garden bed. Simple to use, no need for gardening expertise or even a need to dig!

Each seed ball contains approximately 30 UK wildflower seeds from a mix of Cornflower, Red Campion, Oxeye Daisy, Musk Mallow and Meadow Cranesbill.  All three boxes include the same seed mix.

A little card is also included to explain what the balls are and how to use them- they’re incredibly easy to use – simply scatter on top of soil/compost (no digging or expertise required!) and nature will do the rest. One box will cover 1-2 pots. Use 3 boxes per half square metre in a garden.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. You must notify the Company of your intention to return any product.

  • Condition of the Product: To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging and tags. All products are inspected on return.

  • Proof of Purchase: We  require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase to process the refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). 

  • Non-refundable Items: Some products, such as sale items, perishable goods, or personal hygiene products, including Jewellery may be non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: You might be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was faulty or the company made an error in fulfilling your order.

  • If you receive a Product that is faulty, or you discover a fault with any Product purchased from us, please Email us and let us know within 7 days of receipt of the product. The Email must contain photos of the faulty item and description. Once we have reviewed the information the Company will inform you of the outcome and either request the product be return and issue a refund. If the Company do not accept that the product is faulty you will be notified of their decision

Any decision by us does not affect any other consumer rights you may have under law.

SHIPPING METHODS

Goods will be shipped within 3-5 Business Days via Royal Mail Tracked. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size. We offer free shipping on orders over £60.00.  We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information during checkout as the Company will not accept any liability for items delivered to the address on the order if it is incorrect. No refund will be offered.

LOST, DAMAGED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely, but in the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 4 days of receiving the package. The Company will not accept any liability for claims put forward after the 4 days.

Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to us, we will only re-ship the goods on receipt of an additional P&P charge. 

We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the order is cancelled before it is shipped).

These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
